WRP will continue to follow the guidelines recommended by the CDC and other local health officials in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, including:

• The wearing of masks is required for all while inside or in close contact with others. Cast members are welcome to perform without their masks with the permission of a parent/guardian.
• Since our workshops might have a combination of vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals, it is recommended to utilize 3 feet of distancing as feasible while indoors.
• All cast members, and their families, are asked to immediately report exposure, symptoms, or a positive test to the board (wrp@wekivariverplayers.org) so appropriate contact tracing might be observed.
• Those who are aware of a recent exposure or are experiencing symptoms will not be permitted to attend rehearsal. A virtual rehearsal option will be made available for you if you are quarantining.

Please note the importance of communication in these difficult and ever-changing times. If you have any knowledge of an exposure, symptoms, or a positive test it is your duty to notify the organization for the safety of everyone in our programs. This applies even to those who have been vaccinated and are regularly wearing their mask properly. The more information we have, the better we can protect our students, directors, and volunteers. 


These, and all of our health and safety policies, will be continually reevaluated by the board and updated as needed. It is possible that some of our venues will have different policies than ours. In those cases, we will follow the posted policies of the individual venue at the time.
